BONUS OH BONUS

YOU READ THIS ENTRY, YOU'LL BE AS STRESSED UP AS ME!

I'VE WARNED YOU~! HAHA

It's December, most of my frens and ANYBODY else I know who's working in the same field as mine is now either utilising the remaining balance of their annual leave or is enjoying shopping as they'd just received DURIAN RUNTUH a.k.a. Bonus ler beb!

What bout me? Or maybe I should say, what bout us here, in this Company? We got NONE! We are still working till 11pm, as well not to mention the bonus. Haiz.... Sigh~ How poor we are!

Erm... I dun really know how does our Management here decide on bonus, leave and etc. etc. All that I know, our Company is financially stable, receiving/stealing (hehe...) new clients every month, making profit and to top it off is now experiencing a major fluctuation in salary expenses... Why? Cuz a few high-paid staff resigned within the last few months.... And super-duper hell yeah, our workload increased... Even our boss simply asked us to do all those admin work by ourselves, leave alone the accounts portfolio that he passed to us to deal with a few months ago since our 'beloved' account staff went M.I.A (Duh... Faris, it means Missing In Action, not the Malaysian Institute of Accounting ler... lolz) and the last time we heard about her was that she's now working in a Government Department there in Putrajaya... Goodness Gracious! Haha... Good for the Government, I think! Lol!

But there's still no sign of bonus or whatever incentive... Sigh~ Poor creature la us working here.... No medical benefit (except for so long outstanding medical claim which we yet to receive), no overtime neither meal allowances and to make it heavenly worse is that we got no salary adjustment upon confirmation, while the 'nicest' thing is we are yet to receive our slip gaji until now (Since June, they issued us only once, for August!! Hebat tak?) Haha... Stress, tension! ... Yes, you should feel sorry for us... Hahaha...

Arggghhhhhhhhhhhhh!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

Erm... Oh Mr./Ms. Stress, I love you so much... My face getting older by day cuz not enough holly-jolly entertainment. Wanna go blind date also, seems so tough! Duh!

~My colleagues - They are still smiling though we are so freakin' stressed-up... (Actually they were gossipping bout Norman Hakim's case)~

Now looking forward for interviews, haha gonna leave this company asap.

Adan a.k.a Nudge: By the way, it's not that bad la actually, me exaggerating actually.... Walao! Experience-wise, we are gaining quite a lot la here... Urgh... I want bonus! Haha... Anybody keen to join us here?
